Edge said there’s never a good time to get injured....then Jericho’s music came on and he came out. He walked right to the ring, without looking up at Edge on the video wall.

Jericho got in the ring and got the mic, saying Edge was making his sick. He called Edge a pathetic human being. He said if he’s looking for sympathy, he’s not going to get it from him. Jericho said Edge doesn’t care about the titles, WWE or himself. He said he wouldn’t allow himself to be punished for Edge’s selfish actions. Jericho said he’d continue his reign as ruler of the WWE Universe at Night of Champions with a new partner. He said Edge’s championships have been due to politicking and being in the right place at the right time, whereas Jericho earned every title he has won. Jericho said Edge’s most impressive list of accomplishments is his list of injuries.

Santino then plugged ZZ Top's current summer tour with Aerosmith. Suddenly, Chris Jericho interrupted. The big rock fan smiled at the thought of himself and ZZ Top standing together for the first time. Jericho said he's sure they're big fans of his band, Fozzy. Gibbons was like, "Who? What?" Jericho suggested they have a jam later on. Gibbons said they had a little something different planned. Hill suggested a match for later on: Jericho vs. Mark Henry. Jericho went from happy to sad. Jericho asked, "How ... How ... How am I supposed to have a match against Mark Henry?" Cue up ZZ Top performing a classic song. Read more?

Smackdown Spoilers for this Friday's episode are below: * Edge is interviewed on the screen. He says he'll do everything to get back in the ring. Chris Jericho interrupts the interview and calls Edge pathetic. He says he'll find a new partner for Night of Champion and will continue to reign. Jericho then refers to Edge as injury prone. The crowd is behind Edge. * Rey Mysterio & Jeff Hardy b. Chris Jericho & Dolph Ziggler via disqualification. - CM Punk is out to commentate. Jeff tries to throw Jericho into Punk. Punk tosses Jericho to Jeff. The referee calls for the bell. Ziggler lays the referee out on the outside. Jeff gets the Codebreaker. Punk walks to the back as Jeff is in Wall of Jericho. Jericho & Ziggler raise their hands as they exit.

Chris Jericho walked in and said he mocked Star Wars after saying he’s a fan, just like he’s done tonight with WWE. Green said he’s wrong, he’s thrilled and excited to be the guest GM. Jericho said it was a mistake for Green to not cater to him, the biggest star in WWE. Green said he just wants to give the fans what they want. Jericho mentioned the Robot Chicken Roller Skating Bus Tour and Jericho didn’t like that it was for free. He said Green was an embarrassment and a drone, just like all the fans. Green said if Jericho’s just going to be negative, maybe he should leave. Chris said he has an agenda so he’s not going to leave- he’s going to say his peace and Green better stay out of his way.
